Delta Air Lines is reportedly cutting back on cabin service.
Big time.
So the first class and Comfort+ snack basket is done-zo.
It appears first class and domestic Delta One meals will consist of certain Flight Fuel offerings. (But I'm guessing my beloved fruit and cheese plate won't be one of them.)
The move follows similar changes made by other airlines such as Southwest and American. This obviously is to prevent passenger and flight crew physical contact, which only promotes the spread of viruses (like, you know, COVID-19). Like most negative changes put in place during the coronavirus COVID-19 era, it's a sad - but necessary - trend.
