Happy Spring! Spending more time at home has inspired me to take a closer look at some of the things we've accumulated over the last few years. I found we had quite a few garden pots and vases that were not in the best condition, had cracks, were old, or no longer fit with our home decor. I decided it was time to refresh, rearrange and remove those that no longer fit, and replace them with new pieces that compliment the colors in our home and on our porch and patio.

My love for flowers has been well documented and continues to expand to different varieties year after year. Fresh-cut flowers are always my favorite, especially if grown in the garden. They are perfect for filling empty spaces in all shapes and sizes of vases. I took a hiatus from purchasing new vases for a bit (my collection was taking over our laundry room!), but I couldn't resist adding a few new ones this spring after finally cleaning out cupboards. I especially love eclectic vases in beautiful colored glass, or one-of-a-kind hand-designed patterns.
