I met Taylor last year and as soon as she showed me her graphic design portfolio, I knew she'd be a great addition to the team. Taylor makes 99% of the graphics here on the blog with very little direction from me and always does a fantastic job. She's engaged to be married soon and has a warm and kind personality.
Here is a little bit more about Taylor.
One. How did you get into graphic design?My journey to graphic design began with a hand lettering business I used to run. I knew nothing about graphic design, but I did know I loved to create pretty things for important moments in people's lives. Once I learned how to transfer my hand lettering to the computer, I was opened up to the endless possibility of design online!
Two. What is your favorite part of your job and working with The Small Things Blog?Although there are many reasons, if I had to choose my favorite aspect of working for the Small Things Blog, it would be that I have been given creative freedom to explore my passion for design. Kate does such a wonderful job of encouraging others to find their niche.
Three. If you could be a fruit, which one would you be and why?If I could be any fruit, I would be a strawberry because they're so sweet!
