Ewing Athletics is releasing its first new model, the 33 Hi 2.0, since the brand's resurrection in August of 2012. This modern sneaker was inspired by imagining what Patrick Ewing would wear if he played in the NBA now. Although this new model is different from the historic high-top silhouette that #33 liked to wear, Ewing Athletics proposes that this shoe is simply an evolution in what people should think of when they hear "Ewing."

Built from a nearly seamless fused upper, the 33 Hi 2.0 applies the latest technical advancements in materials to shapes reminiscent of styles from the '90s. Retro bold lines in bright red piping run along the sides of the sneaker, but are sculpted to reduce weight. For those planning to hit the hardwood in these high tops, the 33 Hi 2.0 also features a frontal strap to provide additional support.

The Ewing 33 Hi 2.0 will be released on March 13 for $130 USD and sold exclusively online at Ewing Athletics.
