The owners of Paris Saint-Germain are interested in buying a club in the English top flight.
Last week, Daniel Levy, the executive chairman of Spurs, met with the president of Paris Saint-Germain.
The European Club Association is headed by Al-Khelaifi and Levy is on the executive board.
They are determined to buy or invest in more clubs this year, since they own a minority stake in Braga.
More than 300 clubs are part of multi club ownership groups, but only two of them are owned by QSI. The year of ambitious strategic acquisitions for QSI will begin in 2023.
