The Baltimore Ravens could have a different look on offense in their final game of the season.
According to a source, the Ravens will rest running back J.K. Dobbins and wait until before the game to make a decision on a starting quarterback.
Baltimore has a chance to host a playoff game next week because of the unbalanced schedule caused by the cancellation of the Bills-Bengals game.
A coin clip will determine whether the game will be played in Baltimore or Cincinnati if the Ravens beat the Bengals on Sunday. The Baltimore Ravens can move up to the No. 5 seed if they beat Cincinnati and the Los Angeles Clippers lose to the Broncos.
There is a big question mark at quarterback. Lamar Jackson has been ruled out for the fifth game in a row and Tyler Huntley is questionable with a shoulder injury.
John Harbaugh said there was a good chance that Huntley would play. Anthony Brown would join Huntley and Anthony Wright as Ravens rookies if Huntley is unable to play. Brown was on the first team in practice.
In Jackson's absence, the Baltimore offense has not performed well. The Ravens have scored an average of 12.3 points per game in four games without Jackson.
Without Dobbins, the Ravens would have a harder time. Dobbins has led the league in rushing since he came off injured reserve. He has acknowledged that he isn't at full strength and hasn't regained the speed that he had before he tore his knee.
Dobbins was asked if he would be okay with not playing on Sunday.
It would be more difficult for Baltimore to win without Dobbins. Harbaugh said last week that there was no excuse for his reduced role.
The worst record of any team since the 1970 merger is by the Ravens, who are 3-36 when they're a nine-point favorite.
