Cruise Planners' new tool tracks client amenities

The Amenity Tracker is a new tool that helps travel advisors organize their clients' amenities in one place.

During its annual convention, the agency franchisor teased the Amenity tracker.

Cruise Planners' proprietary booking engine allows travel advisors to add any amenities for their clients.

Brian Shultz said that the tool was an idea from one of their top-earning advisers. It will save him and his team a lot of time, as they will be able to deliver all of the amenities that were promised to their clients at the time of booking.

Cruise Planners said that streamlining amenities is helpful because of the number of offers and promotions available.

Advisors can assign dollar values and include special notes. Clients can include amenities on their invoices. Clients are able to see upcoming bookings through MyTrips.

Reporting features are included in Amenity tracker.
