We can't unsee what we saw in the year 2022.

The zombie-shuffling of the social network could go on for months or years if Musk can't scrounge up enough advertising revenue to pay the debt he saddled the company with in order to buy it. One of the options that Musk has said is very much on the table is for the company to declare bankruptcy and go poof.

The chaos has left an uncertain future for one of the world's most prominent and long- running social networks. It gave us an opportunity to reexamine how the social media landscape could change in the future.

The three of them have their own ideas of what they would like to see in a world without social media.

It is a good thing that nothing lasts forever.

It is time to get strange.

The good old days should return.
