There was a small rally on the bridge outside Mar-a-Lago as the MAGA faithful showed their support for former President Donald Trump and the January 6 rioters. Roughly 40 people had gathered on the bridge as of 6 p.m., forming a crowd that was much smaller than last year's one-year anniversary rally, when roughly 300 people assembled down the road. The area had been emptied of supporters by 7:30pm. Emails about how Trump spent the January 6 anniversary were not responded to by the campaign. Trump is facing more legal troubles. The partner of Brian Sicknick, a Capitol police officer who died after being attacked on January 6, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Donald Trump. On Friday evening, Trump declared on Truth Social that it was a big night for America and called on governors to end mail-in voting. Around 5 p.m., the motorcade drove by. Several people at the rally said they saw the former president give a thumbs up, despite the fact that an Insider and a New York Post photographer didn't see him. The pro- Trump crowd gathered in a parking lot. They saw Mar-a-Lago from the bridge that connects Palm Beach to West Palm Beach. It's not a good place to hold large gatherings. People are not allowed to park on the side of the bridge because it can cause traffic jams. There was only 10 cars in the parking lot. The January 6 riot was the site of a press conference held by Trump last year. The pro- Trump crowd decided to go ahead with their gathering. The president didn't have any press events this year. The organizers didn't know how many people would attend the rally. USA Today was present along with another news organization. Several people who attended the event communicated with each other through various email lists. They didn't promise a lot of people, but they were enthusiastic either way. Most of the people who came were from Palm Beach or towns nearby. Many of the people who attended said they often attended such rallies. Kathy Clark has been standing on the street waving a flag for seven years. I was at the airport when he came in. That's my leader. A van was used to bring Trump supporters to the bridge from where they were waiting. There is a sign on the dashboard of the shuttle. They held up pro- Trump signs when they arrived and the loud music from the speakers on the Jeep read "Stomp my flag, I'll stomp your ass." Cars drove by with their windows up in support of the rally. There is a flag waving in the wind with a quote on it. "Trump Won." was another read. There was a lot of fraud in the 2020 election, according to Trump. Many flags were against Biden. There were flags and signs that said "Let's Go Brandon" and "Fuck Biden" The second anniversary of the attack on the Capitol was marked by a ceremony at the White House. Police and election workers were honored by the president. There were four cars in the motorcade. Some of Trump's supporters said they saw him through the window. It appears that Trump was aware of the crowd. Within 20 minutes the Mar-a-Lago staff arrived with food and hats. A woman in the crowd asked if she could keep the tray of cookies. He sent hot dogs and water to the rally he attended. Insider asked if he thought Biden would do that. Insider talked to a group of Trump supporters on Friday and they all wanted Trump to win the presidency in four years. I'm happy for him. Kelley of West Palm Beach thought it might be slow for now given that Republicans haven't coalesced around their next speaker. They don't know who the former president should choose as his running mate. The mob that invaded the Capitol two years ago threatened to hang former Vice President Mike Pence if he didn't overturn the election that Biden won. A challenge to his former boss for the GOP nomination is on the table today. A couple of Trump supporters said that they might support the Republican who lost the governor's race in Arizona to be on the ticket with the president.
