A man passed out in the bushes outside the Milwaukee Brewers stadium after a game and then stole electronics, a credit card, and other items from the team's locker room.
The man was charged with a felony.
The complaint states that the man attended a game at Milwaukee's American Family Field. He got back into the stadium by pulling on a door after drinking 10 beers and passing out.
The complaint said that he took stuff from the locker room. A strength coach said items were taken from his office, including a laptop, iPods, headphones, passport, and a credit card.
A jersey and a shaving kit were taken from manager Craig Counsell's office, and an equipment manager said a game-used hat, an autographed bat, and a replica World Series ring were stolen. Two game jerseys and a bag with baseballs and pitching devices were taken from the locker room.
The man ordered an taxi. The man's roommate told detectives that the man had a duffel bag full of Brewers gear. The investigators recovered most of the items from the apartment.
When contacted by The Associated Press on Friday, the man's attorney wouldn't say anything. The Brewers didn't say anything.
