The Dnata Travel Group has two new appointments.
The group will have a new head of trade support and a new trade partnerships manager this month.
He began his career as an employee for Travel 2 and worked his way up to the field sales team at the airline.
The second trade partnership manager was hired by Dnata.
He was made redundant in 2020 after working on the frontline during the H1N1 epidemic.
He will begin his role at dnata on January 9 as an account manager with a purpose to support agent partners and home workers.
Coulbeck was a sales development manager for Gold Medal before she returned to dnata.
She will be the new trade partnerships director.
Coulbeck will manage the agency sales team, support the field trade partnership team, manage the agent reward scheme, and negotiate commercial agreements.
We are very pleased to have Raymond join the team and to have Kym back in the fold.
They are both highly respected and talented professionals and together are more proof of our growing confidence.
Expanding the team responsible for making sure their needs are met can only be good news for travel agents.
