Denny Kellington, the assistant athletic trainer, provided aid to Hamlin after he suffered a heart attack.

Hamlin's life was saved by Kellington, according to McDermott. He said Kellington was brave.

Hamlin tackled a Bengal in the first quarter. The young man almost collapsed after getting to his feet.

Kellington performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on Hamlin after he suffered a cardiac arrest. The man was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Hamlin's doctors gave an update on his condition on Thursday and said he had made a lot of improvements. He is sharing his communication with doctors, nurses and family.

The lights are not the only thing that is on. Dr. Timothy Pritts said that he knew that he was home. All the cylinders are firing in his brain.

Kellington and the Bills training staff need to act quickly to identify the severity of the situation and act appropriately.

Dr. Knight said that he was saving his life and his neurologic function. The true critical importance of immediate and good and high-qualityCPR and immediate access to the defibrillation is the reason why we're talking about his recovery.

Hamlin is currently in intensive care.
