If you'd like to eat breakfast in New York and supper in London, you're in the right place.

The all-new daytime flight from New York to London is scheduled to launch on March 25, 2023.

The flight leaves JFK at 9:00 a.m. and arrives at LHR at 9:00 p.m. The service leaves at 8:25 a.m. and arrives at 11:30 a.m.

Travelers will be able to spend an entire day working or enjoying entertainment on the plane before landing in London for a full night of sleep.

Airlines usually leave the U.S. at night and arrive in Europe the following day.

Red-eye flights give business travelers the ability to work a full day in both cities, but they come at the expense of sleep, as many flights from the Northeast U.S. to London take around six hours.

If you decline meal service on a red-eye flight, you will only get a few hours of sleep.

Many of our reporters like to travel to London during the daytime. There aren't many connecting opportunities when you arrive in London at night.

There are currently flights from the New York City area operated by American, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and United.

The new flight is enabled by a slot pair that the airline acquired for the late-night arrival and early-morning departure at the airport. One slot provides an airline with a landing or takeoff spot, while a slot pair is required to operate a single flight.

Considering that a slot at Heathrow can go for as much as $70 million dollars, it's not clear how JetBlue got these slots. During the demand downturn associated with the Pandemic, the airline was operating with temporary slots.

The airline picked up permanent slots at the airport last summer, and now it looks like they have secured another pair.

It comes at the expense of one of the airline's flights from JFK to LgW.

At the bottom of the post, you can find the full summer 2023 London schedule.

There are no changes to the flights from Boston to the U.K.

Adding flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is one of the ways that JetBlue is growing. The airline has not yet published a schedule or introductory pricing for Paris, even though they have confirmed that the route will launch first from JFK this summer.

The majority of the flights between the US and Canada are operated by the A321LR. There are two Mint Studios, 22 Mint suites and 114 economy seats on the jet.

Some travelers prefer a wide-body plane for trans-Atlantic flights, but that is not the case with JetBlue's single-aisle planes. There is an extensive collection of movies, TV shows, live TV and other entertainment options at the airline.
