Carnival Cruise Line told guests and travel advisers that it will increase fees for crew and internet use.
Prepaid gratuities and internet purchases will be honored by the company. Prepaying before the price hikes take effect is still possible.
VERTISING
The price of the internet will increase with the start of the year. The price of the social package will go up to $12.50 per day, up from $10.20 per day.
The price of the Value package will go up. Access to e-mail, news, sports, weather, banking and finance websites are included in this package, but it doesn't include support for music or video streaming services.
The premium package will go up to $18.70 per day. The Value Plan is said to have slower connections, but this plan is said to have the fastest connections. It supports video calls where coverage is allowed.
On April 1, 2023, higher gratuity fees will take effect. The new costs will be $16 per guest, per day, in standard staterooms, and $18 per guest, per day in suites, up from $13.50 and $16.50, respectively.
Unless they are pre-paid, recommended gratuities are added to your Sail & Sign account as a convenience. While on board, you are free to make your own adjustments. Carnival told the travel agent that there would be no changes after the cruise. The shipboard team members work hard to provide exceptional and friendly service so we hope you agree that this slight increase is well deserved.
Guests can save up to 15 percent on wi-fi packages when booking online.
