Apple today announced that kickboxing is coming to Apple Fitness+ as a new total-body cardio workout type along with a brand-new Sleep meditation theme, new Artist Spotlights, and more.

Apple says that kickboxing helps to build full-body fitness. Each workout will start with a round of moves followed by a final round. No equipment is required for the workouts. Jamie-Ray Hartshorne and Nez Dally will lead the group. Kickboxing will be launched on the platform.

"6 weeks to restart your fitness" and "Level up your core training" will be available on January 9 and January 23. Other than Nez Dally, two other trainers are also going to join the team.

Sleep is a theme in the Apple Fitness+ meditation library that helps users sleep better. The introduction to meditations for sleep program is a good place to start. Every week, there will be new sleep meditations.

Seven new workouts will be offered by Artist Spotlight, which is dedicated to a single artist. There will be artist spotlights on the Foo Fighters and Bad Bunny in January.

The fifth season of Time to Walk will feature guests including Golden Globe-nominated actor Jamie Lee Curtis, late-night talk show host Amber Ruffin, actor and MacRumors fanJason Segel, and World Central Kitchen founder José Andrés
