Gran Turismo, Sony's hit racing game, was going to be available on the new PSVR2 platform. Then Sony announced a car.
Sony and Honda are teaming up to enter the EV market with a new brand called Afeela.
The Afeela has a display built into the front bumper that can be used to give information to passing cars and pedestrians. A Spider-Man design that appeared across the front of the Afeela using the display was shown off by Sony. I can see how this could be used to let customers know that their ride has arrived as the vehicle pulls up.

Sony movies, music, and gaming titles will be available on the entertainment console in the Honda and Sony EV. The Afeela will have a lot of Sony's brands in it.
The Unreal Engine will be integrated into the Afeela to create a gaming engine for driving. The vehicle will be powered by an electronic device.
The Afeela will have a large number of cameras and sensors inside and outside the vehicle.
There was a joint mobility venture between Sony and Honda. It appears that the Afeela is the result of the premium car brands. The Afeela looked sleek in person but there's more to know about the vehicle.
Are you feeling it yet? The Afeela will be shipped to customers in the U.S. in the spring of 2026. The company will begin taking pre-orders in 25 years.
