Adams will be with the Las Vegas Raiders even if Carr leaves.

He said that he wants to be on the Raiders next season.

Getting the chance to play with his friend and college teammate in Carr was a driving force behind the decision to come to Las Vegas but he said the quarterback's benching and murky future with the team doesn't necessarily mean that he won't be here.

The Raiders are looking into potential trades with Ian Rapoport reporting that Carr is almost certainly headed to a new team. The quarterback is not with the team as the campaign ends in order to avoid distraction.

Even though the San Francisco 49ers won the game, it was the first start of his career for the young man.

He added 34 yards on the ground and finished with a total of 361 yards. Adams had seven catches for 163 yards and two scores.

The 49ers won with a 37-34 overtime victory.

Las Vegas could still look to add another quarterback via the draft, free agency or a trade this year, as the franchise signal-caller of the future is likely to be someone else.

Adams told reporters that he would like to have a say in the quarterback decision, which is a sign that he will play for the Raiders next season.

Las Vegas will make a decision about which quarterback will be throwing the ball to one of the best receivers in the league after its Week 18 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
