Heat star Tyler Herro pays area record $10.5 million for Miami mansion

The fourth-year player paid $10.5 million for an estate in the Pinecrest neighborhood. According to The Real Deal, the price is a record for the Pinecrest area and more than double what was paid when the home was first bought. The home is one of nine that will be sold for $8 million or more.

Herro signed a four-year, $130 million contract extension with the Heat in October. There are eight bedrooms and 812 bathrooms in the 9,505- square-foot home.

The home has floor-to-ceiling windows. The home is made of marble and wood from Brazil and Italy. There is a chef's kitchen and a wine cellar.

Herro can enjoy the outdoors at his new home. The pool has an outdoor kitchen.
