Dell is looking to take on Apple's Pro Display XDR with a new 32-inch 6K UltraSharp display that has a built-in 4KWebcam, a variety of ports, and an included stand.

According to Dell, the world's first 6K display with black panel technology was announced this week at the Consumer Electronics Show. High contrast and deeper blacks are delivered by the new 6K UltraSharp. The display is slightly larger than Apple's Pro display XDR. The Pro display XDR has a resolution of 6016 by 3384.

There are a number of ports on the back of Dell's 32-inch 6K UltraSharp display. There is a pop-out compartment on the front of the display that can be used to connect accessories and peripherals.

Unlike the Pro Display XDR which does not have a stand, Dell's display has a built in stand that can move the display depending on user preference. The display has a built-in 4KWebcam that uses artificial intelligence to improve image quality and keep users in the frame.

The display will be available later this year, but Dell has not given any pricing details. The standard texture version of Apple's Pro Display XDR costs $5999, while thenano-texture version costs $5999. The Pro Display XDR does not come with a stand.

At the Consumer Electronics Show this week, there was a 27 inch 5k display that will compete with Apple's studio display.
