Jeremy Renner Shares Photo of Injuries Following Snowplow Accident

Following the snowplow incident that left him badly injured, Jeremy Renner shared a picture of his bruised and battered face.

One of the actor's eyes is swollen and bruised, and he has a lot of scratches on his face. Jeremy is awake, talking and in good spirits according to his rep. He is in the intensive care unit in critical condition. He is in awe of the support. The family wants you to keep thinking while he heals.

At a press conference Tuesday, cops said that the actor was helping a family member get their vehicle out of the snow. The actor went out to talk to a family member. The snowcat ran over Renner as he tried to get back in.

It was an accident and investigators don't believe he was impaired at all. They are looking into the possibility of a mechanical failure.

Renner had injuries to his chest and spine.

He underwent surgery Monday and was listed in critical but stable condition.
