Jesse Marsch doesn't like the stress that comes with being a premier league manager.
The 49-year-old has been in charge at Elland Road for just over a year and a half.

American Marsch said it was stress beyond belief.
West Ham have lost their last five games in the premier league and will be looking to get back on track at Elland Road.
Marsch said he tries to be there for the team and what they need but he hates the stress.
The enjoyment is in the people, the players and the relationships we have.
The technical area is the best place to stand before the first whistle. It is also terrible.
