Jet2holidays and Kuoni achieved a customer score of 84% in a survey about their holiday experiences.

Jet2 fell to four stars in an almost perfect run of five star ratings. The sample size was over a thousand.

Trailfinders, Inghams and Hays Travel finished in the top half of the table, below Jet2 and Kuoni. It is recommended that you contact the recommended provider.

Hays Travel, which also has a strong high street presence, and with similarly large competitor Jet2holidays, was described as being in stark contrast to the customer service performance of Tui.

The survey was dismissed by Which?, which achieved a score of 75%.

eDreams received a customer score of 64% and received two stars for the description of the holidays and three stars for value for money.

The organisation of the holiday was one of the things that earned it four stars.

One of the 63 respondents who traveled with Kuoni said that the operator was prepared to work with them to get exactly the holiday they wanted, while another said that nothing was too much trouble.
