Hamlin is in a critical condition after he collapsed during a football game.

The Buffalo Bills player fell to the ground after colliding with an opponent during a game.

He was taken to a local hospital after getting medical attention on the field.

About an hour after the incident, the game was suspended.

Hamlin's vitals are back to normal and they have put him to sleep to put a breathing tube down his throat. The tests are being run. Updating will be provided as we have them.

Hamlin, who plays in the role of safety, was tackling the receiver when the helmet hit him. He fell after he got to his feet.

Hamlin was resuscitated on the field for more than 10 minutes and given oxygen as he was taken to the hospital.

Hamlin's family went with him in the ambulance to the hospital, according to the outlet.

The players from the two teams gathered together. Many people were kneeling to pray and some were crying.

The crowd in Cincinnati remained silent as television coverage broke away from the field.

About an hour after the incident, the game was suspended. The games of the National Football League are usually not suspended due to injury.

A source told Joe that the Bills would fly back to New York instead of staying in Cincinnati. The game might not resume soon.

The head-to-head between the two teams will be on Monday Night Football in the last week of the season.

The league's players association has been in touch with Bills and Cincinnati players. At the moment, the only thing that matters is his health and well being.

Hamlin was a star at the University of Pittsburgh before being drafted by the Bills.

He played in the role of safety for much of last year but has been a part of the starting line-up in 2022.

Since before he was a paid athlete, he has hosted annual Christmas toy drives in his hometown.

The toy drive was reshared on the internet after Hamlin collapsed.

Many well wishes have come in. Ryan Clark told the SportsCenter show that this isn't about a football player, this is about a person.

Kathy Hochul said she was praying for Hamlin. His family, loved ones and the entire Buffalo Bills community are in our thoughts.
