She told Insider that it was over 70k lost in rooms at Victoria House.

She said she was surprised that Southwest didn't try to contact her to just apologize. They are probably dealing with a lot because of the mess, but not a single person from that company has contacted them.
Demko and her fiancée were not together on New Year's Eve.
She said that on New Year's Eve, she sat at her house and talked to her husband, Michael, who was in Belize.
