For millions of Americans, Barbara Walters was a pioneer in TV journalism, but to Monica Lewinsky, she was also a great source of advice. Many of her media colleagues paid tribute to her at her death. Lewinsky was inspired to relate the advice she was given by Walters after her relationship with Clinton became public. Even though the media spotlight waned on Lewinsky, she remained in touch with her. Lewinsky said they had lunch a few years ago.
Lewinsky said that some of her questions were still her signature interview style. How do you feel? She was the first person I ever sat for a television interview with, and she will definitely be remembered.
we stayed in touch over the past 25 years. the last time we saw each other was for lunch a few years ago. of course, she was charming, witty and some of her questions were still her signature interview style:
