Joe Mixon wants to set the record straight before the big game against the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills have the best record in the league, but they are not the conference champ.

"At the end of the day, what people have to realize is that we're the big dog of the AFC and that's just what it is," Mixon said after Saturday's practice. It goes through us.

The Bills hold a one-game lead over theBengals for the top spot in the playoffs. The Cincinnati Reds acknowledged the need to win the game in order to keep their hopes of home field advantage in the playoffs alive.

That sentiment was also reflected by Mixon.

In order to get to the end goal, we need to get through Buffalo. Everything else takes care of itself if we keep one week at a time.

Buffalo has the best odds of winning the trophy at 350. The team is fifth with a score of + 800.

The team's confidence was reflected in the comments of Mixon, who said that Cincinnati was the team to beat. "They're not the Baltimore Ravens," said Mixon when asked about the concerns about Buffalo's LBs.

Between the team's rushing attack and the receiving corps that features Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, Cincinnati has enough offensive firepower to cause problems.

They're going to have to tell the truth, that's the best thing about it. We are going to make you pay if you want to cheat. Y'all want to play it.

We are not going to let anyone dictate what we do. It's just what it will be.

If Jordan Poyer plays on Monday, the Cincinnati team will be ready. Poyer was able to participate in Saturday's practice after missing the first two practices.

Sam Hubbard was limited throughout the week with a calf injury. As the team gets closer to the game, Hubbard doesn't need to be a full participant to play.

Taylor said that Sam is always sharp because he knows how to manage his body and mind.

The Bills were a 1.5 point favorite over Cincinnati, which has a seven game winning streak. The Bills are riding a six-game winning streak into Cincinnati, where they'll face the Bengals.

What better team would you like to play against? Mixon spoke. It's a great opportunity for us, but I know our guys are prepared.
