An Oregon woman is being held without bail after she was charged with endangering the welfare of a child for pushing a 3-year-old child onto train tracks while the child and mother were waiting at a train station.

Workman is accused of shoving the child face-first onto the tracks of the transit center MAX platform without provocation.

The child was saved by a bystander before the train arrived.
