If you notice a sudden drop in performance and fans running at full speed, it's possible that you'reExperiencing thermal throttling on your card. Performance monitoring software can be used to check. The graphics performance needs to be checked against the temperature. If the card suddenly slows as the temperature goes to 112 degrees, it means the card is not being used to keep the temperature under control.

The RX 7900 XTX has more memory and a wider memory bus, which makes it more powerful than the RX 7900XT. Increased power requirements are added by this all. The lower-cost sibling uses 40W less than the RX 7900 XTX.
