The new venue in DIFC is just like the old one, it is a place of pure indulgence, just like the old one. The decadent dining hours will transition into a nightlife backdrop with never-before-seen live shows that will seduce the eyes and ignite the soul. The rich tale of the fabled metropolis, which was one of the first truly cosmopolitan cities, is reflected in the cuisine of Babylon. The dishes on the menu have been designed to take diners on a journey with carefully selected ingredients and cooking methods that combine traditions with a contemporary approach.

A neo-classical cuisine that combines classicism, heritage, and modernity with a dedication to ingredient-driven cooking was created by the Executive Chef.
