The scheduling structure for SEC programs was taken to task by the head coach of the Frogs.

The SEC plays out-of-conference games in Week 10 and Week 11. It's not going to happen in Week 10. We were able to catch Texas.

It's not advisable to draw attention to his team's non- conference slate.

Colorado, which was the worst Power Five program in the country, was the first opponent for the Frogs. It played an SMU team that won seven games.

The Frogs did not navigate a murderers' row.

The gauntlet had to be run once the Big 12 started. Without a week off, it played and beat five ranked opponents. On the heels of the victory over Tarleton, the team had a bye in September.

There's a method to madness if you want Alabama to play Austin Peay or LSU to play UAB on the same day.

As the season goes on a team's depth is put to the test. Give yourself a simple win in the middle of November.

It's difficult to argue against scheduling an overmatched opponent early in the season.
