VIDEO: Passengers fight over reclined seat during taxiing on flight to India

Fight ensues when seat reclines during taxiing phase.

One passenger refused to adjust his seats as the plane prepared to leave.

In the event of an emergency, a reclined seat can make it hard to evacuate, the crew told him in the incident report.

The man claimed that he had a back-ache.

He said he knew what to do. The passenger was told by the crew that they will report him if he doesn't follow safety rules. Let him know. He said he was not scared.

Other passengers can be seen punching and hitting the man in the video.

The man can be seen defending himself in the video.

Some flight attendants separated the fighting passengers after co-passengers and cabin crew shouted for the men to stop.

The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security has taken cognizance of the video which shows a fight between passengers on a flight. The concerned authority has been asked to provide a detailed report. There is more action to be taken.

The airline decided not to bring the plane back to the terminal to let the passengers go.

The passengers went back to their seats and the plane took off.
