The New Year's Hub has a lot of up-beat playlists, including "Party Hits," "Afro Party Anthems," and more. There is a New Year's Eve playlists for people who want to have a low-key New Year's Eve. Tisto is one of the DJ mixes included in the New Year's Hub.

Users will be able to find content on the Home page to help them set their resolutions. There will likely be things like workout and meditation on this content.

The platform sees a level of anticipation around the new year and that is reflected in the playlists users put together. Between Christmas and New Year's Eve last year, 82,000 New Year's Eve playlists were created. Hip-hop, trap, k-pop, and independent pop were some of the genres played. cumbia, discofox, volksmusik, schlager and partyschlager were the genres that saw the most significant increases in listenership.

The popular songs were "Hey Ya!", "Uptown Funk" and "Mr. Brightside." Many of the songs that gained more streams were New Year-specific tracks, such asMariah Carey's rendition of " Auld Lang Syne - The New Year's Anthem" and Abba's " Happy New Year".
