I would like to ask you a question, DearSophie.

An employee of ours is on an H-4 visa and has an employment authorization document. He has been waiting five months for the renewal of hisEAD. There is no way to speed this process up. Does he have to stop working if he doesn't get his new card?

We are concerned about another of our employees, who has an L-2 visa and is scheduled to lose it early next year.

The H-4 visa employee wants to visit his family in India for the first time in three years. Will he and his family be able to come back to the US after four weeks?
