Sam Bankman- Fried, the former FTX CEO who was found guilty of securities fraud, offered some slammer survival skills to Laura.

Shkreli said he should prepare for prison life and "reinvent" himself if he wants to make it behind bars.

Sam is going to have a lot of issues because he is a bit of an effeminate guy and his demeanor is not something that goes over well in prison.

In May of this year, Shkreli was released after serving five years of a seven-year sentence for securities fraud.

What did Sam Bankman- Fried do? There's everything you need to know about the disgraced king.

Bankman- Fried is a person. The man was arrested in the Bahamas on fraud charges. He is accused of stealing billions of customer funds in a Ponzi scheme between FTX and Alameda Research. After being extradited to the US, SBF was released on a $250 million bond and is living with his parents in California.

Shkreli advises SBF to shave his head, deepen his voice, and brush up on criminal culture.

Shkreli said that the changes could save his life, but he also said that he should hide his Ivy League education.

The story of the rich white kid from a good neighborhood shouldn't sound good, according to Shkreli.
