If I were one of those in New York's 3rd District, now that the election is over, and I'm finding out all of the lies that you've told, my question is, what did you tell? While filling in for Tucker Carlson on Fox News, Gabbard asked him a question. Is there no shame? You are asking the people who are now to trust you to be their voice in Washington.

The same thing can be said about the Democrats. Look at the man. The American people have been lied to by Joe Biden for forty years. The president of the US is him. The Democrats supported him very much. They have no shame.

She said that her question was not about the democrats.

The New York Times and other outlets reported misrepresentations, fabrications and lies about his personal background.

In various interviews with the New York Post and elsewhere this week,Santos admitted to "embellishing" his resume, including saying that he did not graduate from college and that he did not work directly for financial giants.

He insists that he did business with both companies and helped make capital introductions through limited partnerships, despite a poor choice of words. In the interview, he explained some of that explanation.

He has come under fire for saying that his maternal grandparents fled Europe during World War II even though they were born in Brazil.

On those points,Santos was pressed.

I am a descendant of Jewish people. I identify as Jewish all the time. He said that he was raised as a Catholic. "Not being raised a practicing Jew, I've always joked with friends and circles, I'm 'Jew-ish.'" I was raisedCatholic.

Everybody wants to scrutinize me. I'm going to make sure this is reassured once and for all. I'm not faking it. I'm not a person. I worked very hard to get to where I am today. I will deliver from my experience because I am committed to delivering results for the Americans.

The incoming congressman was the subject of sharp words from the interviewer.

We gave you a lot of time. The people of New York's 3rd are the ones who are owed time. It is hard to imagine how they would trust your explanations if you are not willing to admit the extent of your deception to them.

There are two former Democratic members of Congress who have interviewed Santos this week. He spoke with a man who resigned from Congress after sending sexually explicit messages to a child.
