  • The sudden find sees the testing bearing firmware version S90xEXXU2CVL7 and tested on the Galaxy S22 series.
  • Further speculation suggests the Korean OEM could look to release this new version on the Galaxy S23 before sliding down to the 2022 flagship phones.

The new year will see the introduction of the latest version of the software.

The appearance of an internal testing of OneUI 5.1 was reported by the company. The most recent flagship phones are the S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra.

The test has a version of the software on the company's internal server. When the full version of the 5.1 iteration of the skin is released, it is not clear what it will hold for users. It is thought that the company could release the new software version on the S23 series before rolling it out to the rest of the world.

This new version of OneUI 5 would be the same as the previous one if the KoreanOEM wanted to release it to its next flagship line first. The new flagship of the company, the S22 series, and foldables were the first to get the new skin.

There's been a lot of talk about the upcoming S23 series and the possibility of a reveal window. According to recent rumors, the Unpacked 2023 event could be held in February. San Francisco may be the location of the event. OneUI 5 was said to be one of the most flexible skins on the market. A way to integrate Material You design language with everything OneUI was found by the company. We are just left wondering where the road will lead after the latest OS has set the tone for what users can expect from the company.
