If you want to change the animal's orientation to see the backside and tail of a cute French bulldog, hold one finger on the object and the other on the animal. You don't have the same ability to see things like the underside of a duck as you would in an object view, but you can turn it around so it's facing a different direction.

Animals will do things on their own if you hold the phone still. The tiger will roar and the snake will look at its surroundings.

You can adjust the size of an animal or object by pinching and zooming in. It can be fun to mess with different sizes if you set it at 100%. If you want to move a 3D animal/ object to a different part of the room, place one finger on it and drag it to where you want it.

What is object blending and how do you use it?

It's possible to blend the animal into your real world with the object blend feature. The 3D objects will be able to sense the world around them and adapt to the room they are in.

It's a good way to make it look like a snake is hiding behind the couch, but only show the reptile parts that would be visible if it were real.

It's simple to blend objects. There is a small circle icon on the top right with one half shaded and one clear. You can turn object Blending on and off by tapping that. It takes a few seconds for the image to fade out and blend in nicely if you get up close to the animal. Once it's set, you can use it to send a photo to friends and family for a good laugh, and kids can play with it.

It must be a device with a pre-installed version of the Play Store in order for it to work on the operating system.

The device needs to be newer in order to use it on the iPad.

If the app for the iPad is updated, it will also display 3D animals and objects. Chances are your Apple device will support the full 3D experience with the installation of the Play Services.
