The Broncos parted ways with Nathaniel Hackett this weekend.

Have you ever seen a meme of a confused woman trying to figure something out? The owners of the National Football League look like that.

The Denver Broncos lost to the Los Angeles Rams 51-14 on Jesus' birthday. It took until the 16th week of the season to see that the Broncos should not have hired him.

During the late-night version of SportsCenter on Monday night, it was shown that his team was last in the league in scoring, last in third-down percentage, and tied for last. The Broncos had the shortest head coach tenure in Denver that wasn't serving as an interim, as well as firing special teams coach and offensive line coach. Even though he didn't want it, Ejiro Evero was offered the interim position.

We will carefully evaluate every aspect of our football operations and make whatever changes are necessary to restore this franchise's winning tradition.

People fell in love with the idea that billionaires want to win in every league they play in. It is a false narrative that only a few franchises have consistently won over the years, proving that it is a small group of owners that are willing to compete and win. Most of the time, these franchises are used as tax breaks for billionaire nerds who have only one status in life: their money.

Don't think so.

The latest proof that owners don't know what they're doing is the firing of Hackett.

Over the last five years, the league has spent over a billion dollars on coaches and front-office executives that no longer work for them. The Giants are paying three different coaching staffs. Last week was when the Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Jets on Thursday Night Football to put them in first place in the AFC South, and they are in the playoffs just a year after team owner Shad Khan made a horrible decision in hiring Urban Meyer, who was fired after going 2-11

Jeff Saturday's tenure as an interim head coach hit another low as the Colts lost 20-3 to the Bolts on Monday Night Football, giving Saturday his fifth-straight loss. Jim Irsay still thinks in him.

Irsay said that the head coach was unknown until the interview process was done. I think Jeff is a great candidate.

With Black Monday only a few weeks away, it is believed that Las Vegas Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels is part of the group that will be fired. The Raiders have had three people wear headsets since 2021.

The mismanagement and bad decision-making by owners is the reason for the high turnover in this league. It has proved to be expensive for owners to win with people outside of their comfort zone. Brian Flores, Ray Horton, and Steve Wilks should not just be suing the league for its alleged racist hiring practices.
