There will be a rivalry game in Week 17 of the football season.

The New Year's Day game between Pittsburgh and Baltimore will be moved to Sunday Night Football on NBC, according to Tom Pelissero. The scheduled game between the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Clippers will be replaced by this one. The show is on CBS.

The Rams' game is being moved out of prime time.

While they are the reigning Super Bowl winners, they are only 4-7 because of injuries to Matthew Stafford and other players. Even if it is a battle of Los Angeles, that is not a prime time attraction.

When theSteelers got off to a 3-7 start, it seemed as if they were heading for a similar type of season. They are still in the race for the playoffs.

In the race for the final wild-card spot in the conference, Pittsburgh is one game behind the 8-7 Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins lost their fourth game in a row on Sunday as they blew a 10-point lead against the Packers.

Baltimore has its eyes on a division title rather than a wild-card slot in the playoffs. The 10-5 team is one game back of the 11-4 team in the division.

Depending on how Week 17 plays out, the Ravens will have a chance to win the division in the second game of the season.

Lamar Jackson's status will be one of the key storylines for the game. He hasn't played in a while because of a knee injury.

Baltimore may still have Tyler Huntley under center for the crucial game.
