There is a wonderful story about Jesus' twin, who is a vampire, in the 1978 episode of Lupin III in Japan. The title was really good. The cylinders are already fired on.
The crazy case of Camilla begins when archaeologists uncover a 2000 year old coffin holding an ancient statue of the Virgin Mary. Inspector Zenigata was brought in because he was certain that Lupin would want to steal the statue. The combination of ancient treasure and a beautiful woman is a scenario that Lupin could never resist.
After taking her to the village where her tomb was discovered, she seduced Lupin and declared him under her control. There is a lot of nonsense later as Goemon, Jigen, and Fujiko try to save their friend from the vampire.
The twins were born on the same day in Bethlehem. Her parents were horrified that she could be born next to the son of God. Camilla was raised by packs of bats and wolves, despite Joseph abandoning her and leaving with Jesus. She stole her brother's statue and went to Japan to be with Jesus, who died there. She had to wait until she could use her mother's statue to fulfill a prophecy and rule the world.
It isn't "alternate reality where Jesus' vampire twin sister rules the world" crazy. Goemon and Jigen rescue Lupin and Fujiko, who were going to be sacrificed, and the gang makes their escape, until they are surrounded by a group of people. Goemon immediately owned them by tying his sword and scabbard into a cross shape, throwing it at Camilla to pin her to the ground as a bolt of lightning struck the sword-cross, incinerating the vampire.
It's absolutely amazing. The true story of a Christmas miracle. Don't leave out cookies for Santa and garlic to protect you from the creatures of the night, it's the season!
