A video of the British Prime Minister talking to a homeless man while volunteering at a soup kitchen has gone public.

Sunak is serving breakfast to the man and talking to him. The man asked if Sunak was "sorting the economy out" after he asked if the shelter was a great place.

Sunak said, "Do you have a job?" Are you employed in a business?

I am homeless. The man said that he is interested in business and the financial industry.

Sunak worked in finance. Sunak asked him if he would like to get into banking or finance, after the pair talked about the industry.

The man said that he would like to get through Christmas first.

The clip, which has been viewed over 10 million times on social media, was originally posted by ITV News on December 23, but it seems to have blown up the next day, when it was reposted by the political editor of Byline Times.

Ian Fraser shared the video with the deputy leader of the opposition Labour Party. Comedian Nish Kumar didn't bother to say anything.

The video was captioned "Rishi Sunak cosplaying as a charity worker as homelessness and poverty soured under his stewardship of the economy and while his government drags its feet on the regulation against those profiteering from homelessness and vulnerability"

Some people thought the video showed the prime minister was out of touch with average Britons. Sunak was praised by other viewers for not being aggressive towards the homeless man.

After being elected as leader of the Conservative Party, Sunak became the UK's prime minister. He was the government's Chief Finance Minister.

The cost of living crisis in the UK has reached a 40-year high as energy bills have gone up.

Sunak has been criticized for his wealth and for his wife's claim of non-domicile status which could have lowered her tax bill.
