Arizona Judge Tosses Kari Lake’s Election Malfeasance Claim

A state judge in Arizona rejected Lake's bid to overturn her loss in the election because she didn't have enough evidence to support her claim that the state's largest county had malfunctioned to skew the results.

According to multiple outlets, the judge ruled on Saturday that Lake had failed to show evidence of her claims.

Lake's theory that the election was stolen from her was echoed by Donald Trump's claims after he lost the election.

She argued that election officials in the largest county in the state deliberately delayed the vote count on election day.

Thompson had ruled earlier this week that Lake could take part in a two-day hearing to make her case that the election was rigged. Lake claimed that election officials didn't follow proper requirements for thousands of ballots, and that they were responsible for printers that produced ballots too light to be read. All ballots were counted and taken to separate machines that could count them.
