Sam Bankman-Fried was pictured in the business class lounge at John F. Kennedy International Airport before heading to his parents' home in Palo Alto.
The founder and former CEO of FTX was released on a bond. He had to give up his passport and stay with his parents while a federal trial was taking place.

Federal prosecutors in New York filed an eight-count criminal complaint against Bankman-Fried after he was arrested in the Bahamas.
He was extradited to the US on Wednesday night after a judge in the Bahamas denied him bail.
