According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, at least four people died and others were injured in a crash involving at least 46 vehicles.

The highway patrol said late on Friday that there were four deaths and the Ohio ton was closed. A number of vehicles were involved.

There are white-out conditions. It said that travel is not a good idea.

Approximately 50 vehicles were involved in the crash, according to the highway patrol sergeant.

The highway patrol told 13abc that more people were hurt in the incident on the Ohio turn.

The authorities in Ohio didn't say how many people were hurt or what conditions they were in.

There are white-out conditions across much of Ohio, so please use extreme caution. Motorists are urged to stay off the roads.

In a later update, it was stated that the road's west side had reopened.

Sky News says at least 17 people have died in the US as a result of bomb cyclone conditions.

"Bomb cyclone" is a meteorological term used to describe an intense, Hurricane-like storm that builds at mid-latitudes.
