A bystander's jacket was grazed by a bullet during the shooting at the mall, according to the police chief.
Someone pulled out a gun and shot the victim multiple times during an altercation between two groups, according to the chief. It took about 30 seconds for the whole incident to happen.
The mall is expected to reopen on Saturday, but the store will not open.
