Tesla announces a $300 charging mat that can recharge 3 devices at once

The Apple Airpower charging mat was popular. The device was supposed to charge three devices at the same time, but Apple didn't release it. The Wireless Charging Platform was announced by the company.

The FreePower platform from Aira is inside the Cybertruck-inspired aluminum case. This is the same platform as the other mats. Up to three devices can be charged with this technology. Users can just toss their devices on the alcantara surface and they will get charged.

The cost of the Wireless Charging Platform is $300.

Aira, the company that created the recharging platform, has raised $16 million to date. Private investors including Robert Herjavec and Jawad Ahsan led the latest fundraise. The company stated at the time that the funding would be used to reach beyond the consumer market and allow the company to expand.
