Korra

It has taken many, many years for larger corporate entities to fully understand what a wildly fantastic series like The Last Airbender is and what it could become. Eight years have passed since The Legend of Korra ended. An adult-Aang era Last Airbender animated movie is going to be made, as well as a live-action series on the streaming service.

A new report from sources from the widely-readAvatar News site says that something else is happening, and it is what fans really want to see.

According to the report, a brand new animated series is being developed for Paramount Plus that will focus on the nextAvatar in the cycle, the one after Korra. The series might take place from 60 to 100 years after Korra. It might feature some of the same characters, but it would leap the world forward again. After the last gap between Aang and Korra, the world became a sort of steampunk industrial era, but it is not clear how much will change after that.

The only information listed on the site is that of this project. Fans will be excited by that. Thanks to the new impressions metric, the report of this news has 200,000 likes and over 14 million views on the social networking site. If this is the original team that worked on the series, then it is confirmed. Even though they left the live-action series a while back, they are still working on more films from Paramount.

More for you.

That's right.

The Forbes Snowman has been found.

This is the news everyone has been waiting for, a true return to the world ofAvatar, and it took this long to get here. The first two series were way ahead of their time, and back then, there were controversies with Nickelodeon over budget which led to goofy clip show episodes. Everyone has tried to destroy their memories with the live action M. Night Shyamalan move.

In this age of streaming where everyone is trying to leverage their owned intellectual property for maximum benefit, it's time to bring Avatar out of the ice, hence a huge string of years in the near future with lots of new live action and animated content. It should go well.
