My brain has been damaged by the modern world. I'm in constant need of stimulation, watching TV and scrolling TikTok at the same time, or playing a game that I've never played before. I'm aware. I need assistance.

I'm not like an iPad child. I can still keep my phone out of my sight. My skull and eyes have begun to revolt because of my phone addiction and job. The latter of which may or may not be a result of the aforementioned habits is eye fatigue. The headaches hit me like a bolt of lightening. My vision sometimes blurs for a short time before the pain strikes. I owned a phone before these headaches started.

I thought I would be left with nothing to blame but my poor choices. I tried the goggles from Therabody. Theraguns are the most well-known of the company's massage guns. I didn't know what to think when I heard about these goggles, but I needed a solution. Thankfully, these goggles were the latter. I think they're great.

There is a massage parlor.

The smart goggles can be used to relieve headaches and reduce eye strain. I feel like I should be in a virtual reality world when I see them. If one thing is touching me wrong, I can feel very uncomfortable, but these feel good. The strap can be adjusted to make it tighter or less loose. It is easy to clean the eye area. Sometimes I need to use it in the middle of a makeup day.

You can use the Therabody app to adjust controls and sessions from five to 30 minutes. There are buttons on the device. I like being able to not use my phone, but it's easy to make adjustments on the app. The massager is on even though you can turn it off. It isn't uncomfortable and it releases and contracts frequently enough that it shouldn't bother you. It took my husband a while to get used to the feeling, but he did. I was imagining myself opening my skull.
