A storm on Friday is expected to bring heavy rain and wind to New England and New York, followed by freezing temperatures, which could cause a sheet of ice on the roads. According to the Weather Channel, the Great Lakes states could get as much as a foot of snow, while Buffalo could get up to three feet of snow.
