Kerr: Warriors at 'rock bottom' after another blowout loss (0:37)

Steve Kerr talks about what went wrong for the team after two losses. There is a time and a place for this.

Steve Kerr said his team has hit rock bottom after the Warriors' road struggles boiled over in a loss to the Nets.

There is no sign of when reinforcements will arrive as the Warriors are playing without five rotation players. They went 3-16 on the road this year. Their schedule isn't easing up even though they are about to start an eight game homestand.

Kerr said that he was what his record said he was. It was not a good trip. We are a below-.500 team and we have to find a way to reverse that.

The Nets have won 11 of their last 12 contests.

The Warriors trailed by 29 points in the first quarter, their second-worst deficit through the first in franchise history. Golden State's 17 points in the opening quarter was its lowest of the season.

The first half of the game was a franchise record for points. The Nets are the third team in NBA history to score in the first two quarters.

They held the Warriors to a franchise record in the first half. It's the largest halftime deficit by a champion in NBA history.

Draymond Green said that the first half was a bit shocking.

The key to the group's success is that they've just been making shots.

It is a make-or-miss league. Solid shots have been generated all year. I believe they fell now. With time, it will come. Tonight was a good example of being aggressive downhill to make plays for others and shooting the ball with confidence.

He had 23 points, 7 Rebound, 5 Assists, and 4Steals. Nine Nets players scored in the double-digits.

The Warriors had 13 turnovers in the first half and ended the game with 21. They committed 19 against the Knicks. The Warriors have had a tendency to misplace the ball and play with frantic energy in their road losses.

A smaller example of this has been the play of Jordan Poole, who finished with 13 points on 4-of 17 shooting, including 1-of-11 from 3-point range, two assists and seven turnovers, as he tried to make up for the absences of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

The Warriors can live with some of the mistakes made by other people, but not the ones that happened in New York.

He gets easier shots when he plays the simpler game. It seems like a bit of a contradiction, but it's been an issue for us the past few games. He was trying too hard in the last few nights.

The lone bright spot for Golden State came from third-year center James Wiseman, who had a career night with 30 points on 12-of-14 shooting and six rebound in 27 minutes.

With no timetable for Curry's return, and with Donte DiVincenzo and JaMychal Green also out indefinitely with illnesses, the Warriors will be looking for their younger players to grow.

According to Green, that is the perspective the Warriors need to maintain.

Green said that you don't want to overreact. As long as you don't make effort-related mistakes, you live with the results.
